
Curry Yogurt Mayonnaise
Ideal for cold roasted chicken or other white meats. Great for pot-lucks and cocktail parties
Ingredients
- 600 gr Mayonnaise
- 100 gr Mango Chutney
- 200 gr Yogurt
- 15 gr Yellow Curry Powder
- Little Tumeric
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender (or use immersion blender) and blitz.
