
Ingredients
- 2 Tenderflake savory pie crusts
- 600 gr chopped spinach
- 175 gr cooked ham
- 1 yellow pepper
- 100 gr cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 1 shallot
- salt, pepper, nutmeg
- oil
Instructions
- If frozen, defrost spinach. Press as much water out of it as possible.Finley chop shallot.Cut ham into smaller pieces.Mix eggs with whipping cream, salt, freshly ground pepper, and a bit of nutmeg.Preheat oven to 200CPierce pie bottoms with a fork.Prebake shells for 4 - 6 minutes.Heat up oil in frying pan.When hot add shallot, and ham and glaze. Add spinach.Fill pie shells with spinach mix.Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
Notes
Serve with a colourful salad.
