Ingredients

  • 2 Tenderflake savory pie crusts
  • 600 gr chopped spinach
  • 175 gr cooked ham
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 100 gr cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 dl heavy cream
  • 1 shallot
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • oil

Instructions

  • If frozen, defrost spinach. Press as much water out of it as possible.
    Finley chop shallot.
    Cut ham into smaller pieces.
    Mix eggs with whipping cream, salt, freshly ground pepper, and a bit of nutmeg.
    Preheat oven to 200C
    Pierce pie bottoms with a fork.
    Prebake shells for 4 - 6 minutes.
    Heat up oil in frying pan.
    When hot add shallot, and ham and glaze. Add spinach.
    Fill pie shells with spinach mix.
    Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.

Notes

Serve with a colourful salad.
